The unit is not serviced but can be arranged at an additional cost per day.

A washing machine is available for guests to use.
No smoking in the unit allowed, please smoke outside using the ashtrays supplied.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted as the owner’s pets live on the property.
Guests are required to please bring their own beach towels, charcoal and wood.
Bath towels, bed linen, hand soap, toilet paper, dish-washing liquid, sponges, dishcloths and iron are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
