While the area is generally safe, the host asks that guests securely lock all doors and ensure their vehicles are locked with no valuables left inside.

The fire hose is strictly for emergency use only and should not be utilized for personal purposes.
Guests are requested to use the public parking area if the 3 parking spaces on the property are occupied.
Towels and clothing should not be hung on fences or chairs. Please utilize the designated washing line within the complex.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
