Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
No smoking inside the house. Smoking will result in a R5000 fine and immediate eviction without the right to any unused nights.
No music is allowed to be played from any speaker including mobile phone speakers on the property.
No loud noise such as screaming and shouting on the property, especially between 21:00 -07:00 . If neighbours complain there will be warnings given. After the first warning, a fine of R3500 will be issued and for the third warning guests will be evicted.
Guests are asked to please follow the above rules as the host will not be responsible for any refunds if they are evicted from the premises due to complaints from neighbours.
