Bosaapie can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms. Note that the unit is very small - there can only be 1 person at a time in the kitchen. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed while the second room is an open loft area furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms are located on the top floor. Quality mattresses, pillows and linen are provided and each room has a fan for hot summer days. There is a double sleeper couch in the living room. Guests must bring their own bedding for the sleeper couch. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin that is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate stove and a mini-oven, a fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery. The lounge has ample seating, a fan, air-conditioning, a TV with selected DStv channels, and Wi-Fi. The house also features a patio with furniture, braai facilities and a splash pool. The air-condition is prepaid. R50 worth is preloaded, and the guests are responsible to top up during their stay.

A once-off and fully refundable breakage deposit will be charged on each confirmed booking and will be refunded 5 days after the check-out date when the key is returned.
Minimum 2 people are required per booking.
Please note that only the number of guests paid for and indicated upon confirmation of the booking is allowed.
There are strict noise policies in Marloth Park and guests must respect the rest of the area and animals during their stay. No loud music.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking in the house.
Noise and breakage deposit is to be paid before check-in and will be returned within 5 days after the check out date, if everything is in place.
Each of the units' air conditioning is connected to a prepaid meter. The owner provides only R 50.00 worth of units. Only the air conditioning makes use of this power.
Guests should ensure that the accommodation is left in the same condition that it was upon checking in. This includes dishes.
Guests are not to make any adjustments on the inverter settings and should not use the microwave and hair dryers during loadshedding to extend the usage time of the inverter.
Guests should not pull the plugs on fridges.
Guests should ensure that the windows, doors, gates and blinds are closed and the alarm set when they leave the property at any time.

The fifth beroom is furnished with 4 single beds while the sixth bedroom is furnished with a single bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has ample seating and air-conditioning, as well as a TV with DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. There are braai facilities on the patio with outdoor furniture, as well as a splash pool and boma braai facilities. The air-condition is prepaid.
