Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Note that the humidity is high and although there are dehumidifiers installed, guests with severe allergies may experience discomfort.
Only guide dogs are allowed on the property.
Parts of the cottage are accessible via steep stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Please note that the main house on the owner's property is also rented out for accommodation.
A breakage deposit of R3000 is payable electronically 48 hours before arrival, directly to the owner, before the access code will be provided. It is refundable within 7 working days provided nothing is missing, broken, very dirty or full of smoke.
A cleaner comes in once a week to clean.
Bosnes is private property and the right of access is reserved.
