House Rules

Bath towels will be provided and replaced for guests staying 5 days or longer.
Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
Guests to provide own washing powder for automatic washing machine.
Please note the apartment is accessible from the side of the owner's house and has steps to the unit, which might not be suitable for the frail elderly, small children and guests with disabilities.
The apartment is a non-smoking area. A dedicated area has been demarcated should you wish to smoke.

Whilst Breaker View takes utmost care to ensure the comfort and safety of guests, it does not take responsibility in the event of injuries or losses.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to wildlife roaming freely without fencing.
