House Rules

- Compulsory cleaning fee applies per week staying.
- R500 refundable key deposit is included in the Cleaning amount. This amount will be refunded to Guests after departure. Kindly ensure that you send your bank details to the Office or enter it onto your Guest arrival form to ensure your deposit return.
- Additional daily cleaning and laundry service is available at an additional cost.
- No parties are allowed, and guests are not allowed to a make a noise after 21:00.
Guests should consider the neighbours and other guests on the premises.
- During school holidays, guests are welcome to discuss possible camping facilities for additional guests as there is ample space available with an ablution facility (Unisex).
- Day visitors are welcome at an additional fee, which is payable upfront. Day visitors must vacate the premises of Bridgemead no later than 21:00. Alternative arrangements may be discussed with the host. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the guest being charged accommodation fees.
- Smoking is allowed outside on the verandah only.
- NOTHING is to be burned inside the unit (incense, hubbly, smoking).
