The property is accessed via a wooden staircase and may not be suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities.
No smoking is permitted inside the house.

Parties, loud music and excessive noise disturbance are not allowed.
All windows have to be closed and doors have to be locked when guests are not on the property and on departure.
No third-party bookings are allowed under any circumstances.
