House Rules

Smoking in the units is prohibited, but you may smoke outside on the balcony and patios.
If something breaks, guests must replace it.
Guests must leave the place tidy when they leave.
No other guests may sleep over.
Music is allowed, but guests must be considerate of other guests.
Guests can consult the owners if something is amiss and they will help where possible.
Guest need to bring their own towels.
