Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking inside the unit, you are welcome to smoke outside however please use an ashtray.
If you break or damage anything in the unit, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement cost.
There is an awning on the patio, please feel free to use it if you wish, however, if the wind picks up it's your responsibility to retract it so that the wind does not damage the canvas or structure. Do not leave the awning out when you are not on the premises.
For long stays there will be a linen and towel change every 4th day. The additional cleaning will be mandatory and chargeable to guests.
The unit shall be left the way you found it when you arrived, clean and tidy, failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of R650 from the deposit.
