Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Alcohol is not allowed in the budget-tented village.
Intoxicated guests will be removed and forfeit their refundable deposit.

Urban Glamping is a tranquil tented accommodation resort. The Guest Relationship Officer and security staff are trained and required to respond to potential violations of our House Rules, especially noise disturbance.
No parties, loud disturbances, and/or noise nuisance will be tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request will be given to reduce the noise. If the request is not followed, the guest may be evicted from the property immediately without a refund on accommodation and deposit.
Please be considerate of other hotel guests, keep noise levels to a minimum, and respect the quiet time.
