A refundable breakage deposit is charged. Any damage that exceeds the deposit amount will be for the guest's own account and must be paid within 24 hours after receipt of the bill.
A cleaning fee will be charged if a large amount of dishes is left or if the apartment is left in a very bad condition, excluding regular laundry and cleaning of surfaces and floors.
If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded via EFT within 1 week.
