Will not return despite the few positive aspects.

Extremely cold in winter because of no north facing windows. The bed had electric blankets for bedtime, but otherwise, it was very cold with a small space heater. We were reprimanded for using too much electricity with the space heater. The gate code did not work many times, meaning that you had to text or call, or both, to open the gate remotely when you were ready to leave. This resulted in a wait of anything from 5 to 20 minutes before the gate opened. There was no elevator, and as pensioners on the 3rd floor, we had no help to get heavy luggage up or down. There was no reception on the premises. Atterbury is a very busy street, so there was traffic noise day and night.

Thank you for staying with us, Chrisita. It was a pleasure hosting you, despite your many demands. However, we kindly ask that you do not leave a heater on while you are away. No business globally allows for such behaviour as it puts the whole building and the people inside at risk. This was our only issue, not an electricity problem.
