House Rules

- Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the establishment about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
- Linen is provided in the superior chalets only. For the other chalets and the dormitory linen can be provided at an additional fee, or guests can bring their own.
- Guests need to bring their own bath towels and beach/swimming towels.
- Laundry washing: R180 per wash next day, R250 urgent wash same day
- Cleaning of rooms, dishes and showers is done by the camp staff, free of charge.
- Catering: we can provide you this service only for groups 10+ people if it’s booked in advance and menu will be e-mailed to you. Book at least a week in advance before your arrival.
- Quad Bike Tours: 3-4 hours guided tour with instructor to lake Sibaya with picnic, including petrol and all the safety equipment can be arranged.
