Casa da Nanda is a stunning double storey self-catering house situated in Sandhills Road, close to North and Middle beach entrances in the beautiful Prince’s Grant Golf Estate.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 12 guests, which can accommodate 8 adults and 4 children, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and have en-suite bathrooms with showers, basins, and toilets. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fifth bedroom is ideal for children and is complete with 2 bunk beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and extends to the dining area. It further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a smart TV with access to DStv. Complimentary WI-Fi is available throughout the house.
The doors open up to a large patio with outdoor seating perfect for alfresco dining and overlooks the ocean. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy taking a dip in the swimming pool, and enjoy a lovely braai. A gas and charcoal braai is available. Furthermore, the house comes with an inverter and solar, providing an uninterrupted power supply during power outages.
