Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R650 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are allowed by prior arrangements at an extra cost. There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music is allowed after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
Kindly note that we do not have the authorisation to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT or bank transfers.
A key and breakage deposit are payable on arrival. It is refundable within 7-14 working days after the house has been inspected and all found in order.
Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment being received.
DStv can be activated for an additional cost per day.
Please note that cash will not be accepted for the following:
Breakage fees
Balance payments
Refunds
