Chardonnay 2 – House rules

1. As holiday guests of this unit, please adhere to the following rules. As per Guest quotation: The premises are let for holiday purposes only, no gatherings allowed.
The number of guests for this flat is a maximum of 8 (4+4), including children. No visitors are allowed. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed.

2. REFUSE DISPOSAL
A guest of this flat shall maintain in a hygienic condition a receptacle (refuse bag) for refuse within the unit;
Ensure that before the refuse is placed in a receptacle, it is securely wrapped and, in the case of tins, completely drained.

3. VEHICLES
A vehicle may not drip oil onto the property, where it may in any way deface the property;
No guest shall be permitted to effect repairs to any vehicle.

4. SWIMMING POOL
Removal and tampering with the pool floater, Creepy Crawly or any part of the swimming pool equipment is strictly forbidden. Music and the like shall not be used in a manner, which may cause a disturbance or nuisance to others.
No glasses, bottles, plates or items made of glass to be brought into the pool area
No children under 10 years of age permitted in pool area unattended by an adult as use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.

5. GENERAL
Quiet time shall be especially observed between 21h00 and 07h00 daily.
No firearms, pellet guns or fireworks may be discharged on the property.
No loud music may be played as this is a residential-area. This includes vehicle’s sound system for entertainment.

6. LITTERING
A guest shall not deposit, throw or allow to be thrown on the common property, any rubbish including dirt, cigarette butts, food scraps or any litter whatsoever.
7. NOISE
No excess noise at ANY TIME will be tolerated

8. NO OVERCROWDING
THIS HOUSE IS ONLY FOR A MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS AT ANY TIME.
NO VISITORS PERMITTED, NUMBER OF GUEST INCLUDE CHILDREN

9. I AS THE GUEST UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:
∙ Exceeding the number of allowed tenants in the unit is not allowed and will result in retention of 100% of your payment and eviction from the unit without refund.

∙ Please leave the unit in the condition you found it. Units left in an excessively dirty state or with unwashed dishes will forfeit R200.00 of their breakage deposit.

∙ Please close all the windows, arm the alarm system (where applicable) and lock the doors when leaving the property or you will forfeit your breakage deposit and be held liable for any damages or losses
No furniture is allowed to be moved around in the house.

-No smoking is permitted in the apartment.
