Beach House Kusweg 411 - Charizomai is a holiday home by the sea in Tergniet in the MidBrak area. This beautiful house is ideal for holidays and getaways by the sea. It's suitable for business travelers, friends or a couple, or maybe a small family with special permission.
The double-story house has 2 spacious rooms on the upper floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other room is set up as a nice entertainment area with a beautiful sea view. There is a spacious open-plan living area with a kitchenette and a dining and living area on the lower floor. There are braai facilities right in front of the house with a view of Mossel Bay.
The available upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is also an extra single bed in the other room should guests require it. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and a shower. The open-plan living area is on the lower floor and includes a basic self-catering kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and microwave. The lounge area has a TV with selected DStv channels. The Premium package is available at extra cost. Secure parking for 1 vehicle is available next to the house. There is also a battery and inverter for use during power outages. This system can keep the TV and WiFi router running.
The beach is just across the road and there is a 50 m wooden path leading to it. In the evening guests can admire Mossel Bay's lights, and during the day you can swim, fish and keep your eyes open for the dolphins that often frolic in the waves. Between June and October, whales also come into the bay to calf.
