Situated against the mountain with 180-degree views of False Bay, the spacious Clearview house offers accommodation for 6 people.
Consisting of 3 rooms, the main bedroom has double bed as well as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The room also enjoy panoramic sea views. The second room has a lovely sea view and has a double bed. The room's en-suite bathroom has a shower only. The third room, contains 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. For convenience, linen and towels are provided, but guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area opens onto a large covered patio with lovely sea and mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas- and electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea and coffee facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast counter. A washing machine is also available.
The property is equipped with an inverter and battery system that provides backup electricity during loadshedding and supplies power to lighting and Wi-Fi.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with Netflix and YouTube, and opens onto the patio. The furnished patio also has braai facilities. The house also has an alarm stystem.
Clearview is just 1 km from the beach, 43 km from the airport, and 60 km from the V&A Waterfront. A variety of wine farms are just a short drive away. Gordon's Bay offers a variety of restaurants and lovely beaches.
