Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note this property has a breakage deposit payable before arrival.

Parking is available upon request, note this request needs to be done within 48 hours prior to arrival, and pending availability.

Basic housekeeping is available upon request and subject to availability for Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 15:00. Please contact the establishment for more information.

Please note beach towels do not get changed.

The linen is changed every 6th day.

Bathroom towels are changed every 3rd day.

Silent hours are from 22:00 - 08:00 as per residential by-laws :
Use of Pool and Jacuzzi areas between 10:00 and 20:00 only.
Use of braai areas between 12:00 and 22:00 only
No/minimum noise around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/braai areas at all times
No private parties, events, celebrations or functions are allowed around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/braai areas.
