Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R550 admin fee per booking.
Price Includes

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Linen is provided but only replaced for stays longer than 5 days.
Additional linen and bath towels can be provided by arrangement and at an additional cost.
Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the hosts upon booking.
Guests should also adhere to the rules of the estate while residing on the premises.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival. No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
