Cosy Cottage is a hidden jewel, a beautiful friendly welcoming haven. Nestled high on the hill within a mature and tranquil setting, the accommodation aims to meet every need. It is perfectly centrally situated in a boomed off area, Constantia Glen Security Village, in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria East and offers comfortable accommodation in 3 self-catering units, The Cottage and The Penthouse 1 and The Penthouse 2. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends policy.
The Cottage can accommodate 3 guests. There is a double bed and a single bed. It comprises a bathroom with a shower-over-bath, an open plan small kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, an electric frying pan, portable induction hob, pan, steel pot, toaster, a kettle and cutlery, coffee and tea facility and a fan. The Cottage is also equipped with a dining table and flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and free uncapped Wi-Fi. The free-standing cottage offers privacy and has its own access to the main gate.
The Penthouse 1 and Penthouse 2 are situated on the top floor of a double-storey house. There is a set of private stairs from the garage leading to these very spacious units. Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and there are 2 single beds in the living open areas. The Penthouse 1 bathroom has a bath, shower over bath, toilet and basin. Penthouse 2 bathroom is ensuite and has a shower, toilet and basin. These units have open-plan kitchens, dining rooms, dining tables, lounge areas with flat-screen TV with a family package Dstv channels and free uncapped Wi-Fi. The lounge areas boasts beautiful views of the garden. The open plan kitchens is fully equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea facilities, bar fridge, portable induction hob, steel pots, pans, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The accommodation is equipped with solar power. NO LOADSHEDDING...we have solar! No air conditioners in the units but there are ceiling fans and extra fans available.
Cosy Cottage is very conveniently located in close proximity to Kloof Hospital 1,4 km from Menlyn Park Shopping Centre and the Castle Gate shopping centre. 500 m from the cottage is a Woolworths food, a filling station, Clicks, a very popular butchery, various other shops and Coco's where you can enjoy a scrumptious breakfast. Pretoria East, Fairy Glen and Wilgers Hospitals are also a short distance away. O.R Tambo airport is approximately 25 minutes from the Cottage. It offers quick and easy access to the N1.
The property is not affected by load shedding and uses solar power.
Guests have access to safe under-roof parking behind a remote controlled electric gate in a cul de sac in a 24h monitored boomed off area.
