Rules And Management policies
1: Check-in: Starts from 2PM till 11PM. Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for Management records
2:: The property/Room should not be used for House Party or any Events.
3: No smoking is Allowed inside the house, smokers should kindly smoke inside the compound.
4: The property can only accommodate maximum of 8 guests. 2 guest per room.
5: The property management does not accept guests traveling with pets.
6: Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs are strictly prohibited on property premises.
7: Guest cannot hand over the property or room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
8: The property management renders services in accordance with its category a standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services to the house manager as soon as possible, thus allowing for the management immediate reaction.
9:: The guest should notify the house management immediately upon noticing any damage.
10: The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees’ visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
11: Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
12: Management's Rights: It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the property premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate the property/room or other areas of the property forthwith, without previous notice in case of any above mentioned rules violation.
13: Guest will forfeit his/ her damage deposit in event of violating of any of the above mentioned rules
