Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 to 06h00.
No big parties or events are allowed.
Any complex rules being broken will result in an immediate departure from the property.
Any additional guests not specified in the original booking will result in the booking being cancelled with costs.
No smoking, drugs, or excessive consumption of alcohol.
No unruly behaviour and disrespect for neighbours and residents.
Loud parties and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated, and all guests signing into the home agree to abide by these rules and requests for common courtesy.
