Guests should note that MUi STAYS provides bed linen and towels; however, they are responsible for washing them during their stay. Additional linen or towel changes, as well as cleaning services, are available upon request for an additional fee. Extra amenities, such as toilet paper, can also be provided upon request, and guests are encouraged to consider this when preparing for their stay.

As a self-catering holiday rental company, MUi STAYS is designed for independent stays, where guests manage their own day-to-day needs. While a cleaning service is available, the cleaning fee covers the exit cleaning after departure, ensuring the property is refreshed for the next guest. The housekeeping team will handle all linen and towel washing, along with any necessary cleaning, once the rental has been vacated.

To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, all guests must complete the check-in form before arrival. A valid ID will be required, and guests must sign the property's rules before check-in.

If the booking is not fully paid, guests should contact MUi STAYS immediately to arrange payment. Full payment must be received before arrival.

Guests are required to inform MUi STAYS of their expected arrival time well in advance. If plans change, any updates to the arrival time should be communicated as soon as possible.

MUi STAYS does not provide 24-hour check-in. Communicating arrival times allows the necessary arrangements to be made for a seamless check-in experience.
