Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R450 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Breakfast and dinner can be arranged ant an additional cost. Guests will need to arrange this 24 hours before check-in.
Please note that the units do not have a TV.
Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
Staff are on site to service daily or weekly if required at an additional R80 per Half day. This has to be requested on arrival. A laundry service is also available. These services are not available on public holidays.
A minimum stay period of 1 nights applies during the low season and 3 nights in peak season.
Payments:
We do have credit card facilities and therefore balance of payment can be done via EFT or cash /card deposit on the date of arrival.
Deposit for breakage:
A key and breakage deposit of R450 will be required in cash on check in and will be repaid after departure if all is in order. If the room is left in a mess, there will be a cleaning /sanitization fee levied.
Cleaning Fee:
A cleaning fee of up to R150 will apply for one one-night stay. Price depends on how many people will checking in and the length of the stay.
Pet cleaning fee for pets for deeper cleaning of units after check out for those who have pets. Price is dependent on the number of pets, size of pets, and the state and smell of the unit after check out.
Additional guests:
Guests not reserved for will be charged at R300.00 per person per night.
Check-in and departure times:
1. Check-in time is from 12;30 to 16:30. Should you require to check-in later than this, arrangements need to be made with the owners 24 hours in advance. After 18:00 a late check-in fee of R150.00 will be charged.
2.Guests are required to check-out from their rooms by 10h00 on the day of departure.
