Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- No pets permitted.
- No smoking permitted.
- No parties or additional guests without prior approval from the host.
- The removal, loss, or damage of any household items will result in additional fees.
- Any arrivals after 17:00 will result in an additional fee of R350.
- Kindly note, a fee will be charged for any house rules broken during your stay.
- Please ensure to pay your breakage deposit 3 days before your arrival date.
- Please provide your banking details so that refund can be made after post stay inspection. Refund can take 3-5 business days.
- If you are travelling with a baby, we do offer a travel cot for an additional R100 per night.
- There is no dedicated parking for the unit. However, we can arrange a parking bay for you. The parking is first come first serve as there is limited space. You will need to notify us that you will need parking and to provide your car registration via message before you arrive. Please ensure to read and abide to the parking rules for the unit which will be available in the welcome manual, as well as sent to you via messenger.
