Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The balance please need to be paid before arrival.
Guests please need to bring their own beach and bath towels
No Matric or student bookings are accepted.
Should the apartment not be left neat and tidy, an R250 cleaning fee will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Please note, sections of the unit are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
