House Rules

- Each unit is only suitable for 2 guests.
- No extra guests or children will not be allowed if not arranged in advance.
- If an arrangement is made for an extra child, a rate will be charged.
- No pets will be allowed on the premises.
- No smoking inside the units, there is a porch where guests may smoke.
- The owner reserves the right to refund 25% of the full amount to the customer and show the customer away on arrival should the customer not abide by the above rules.
