House Rules
- No smoking indoors.
- No pets or animals permitted.

- Your comfort and experience is our utmost priority - please inform us of any special requests well in advance.
- There is 1 parking bay allocated to the apartment within the complex. Should you have a second vehicle, this will have to be parked outside of the complex in the Flamingo Park visitors parking bay.
- Kindly adhere to the complex rules and regulations (please take our neighbours into consideration so that we can continue to provide this breakaway accommodation for you and others for many more years to come).
- Noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 09:00.
- No loud music.
- We encourage you to enjoy yourselves and take full advantage of all facilities and amenities (including the communal grounds and pools) available to you, however, please do so respectfully.
- No shoes on the couch or beds, please - we would like to keep all furniture in excellent conditions so that all guests, including yourselves, can experience the quality and comfort that we would like to provide.
- Kindly use all appliances, cookware, utensils, cutlery and crockery only for the intended purposes to ensure the continuous use thereof.
- Kindly refrain from removing any items from the unit.
