Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please be advised that there is a 10,000-liter water tank on the property, which can be supplemented by the 5,000-liter rainwater tank, provided there has been sufficient rainfall to fill it. Water should be used sparingly. If additional water is needed, the tenant will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a tanker to fill the tanks.
