Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
- South African ID or Valid Passport is required at check-in.
- Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
- Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid-stay clean with fresh linen; this will be an additional charge.
- This property has a refundable breakage deposit of R 2000. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
- Rates are quoted per day.
- An admin and cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
The body corporate of Dolphin Ridge are strict therefore the below applies:
We require all ID's of guests staying, contact number of each guest and vehicle registration numbers. Only guests and vehicles that are registered will be allowed entry.
A copy of the body corporate rules will be sent to you to sign and return before arrival for registration
