The maximum occupancy is strictly 2 guests.
The primary guest is required to sign an Indemnity Form on behalf of themselves and their guest upon arrival.
Walking, running, and cycling are allowed only on the tarred roads of the Estate.
Traversing the farmlands, trails, and golf course (unless playing a bona fide round of golf) is prohibited.
Fishing and swimming in the dams are not allowed.
Parking outside the property is restricted.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are observed before 07:00 AM on Mondays to Fridays, before 08:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, after 09:00 PM on Sundays to Thursdays, and after 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Smoking inside the annexe is forbidden.
