House Rules

A maximum of 2 guests are allowed per one-bedroom unit, with an additional 2 visitors permitted during visiting hours.
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed per two-bedroom unit, with an additional 2 visitors permitted during visiting hours.
Visitors are only allowed in the apartment from 08:00 to 21:00.
Loud music, TV, or any form of noise is prohibited.
Parties are not allowed in the apartment or in the corridors.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted in common areas of the building.
Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction, with no refund provided. Additionally, a building fine may be charged.
