Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

The number of visitors within the unit may not exceed the stated and agreed number quoted on at time of booking.
An admin fee of R500 is payable in cash on arrival independent of the duration of stay. This includes an admin fee, Laundry and cleaning services after guests leave.
The unit is not serviced, however cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Please email us if you want it organized.
Bookings of shorter duration than the minimum stated in the rates for each season will attract a surcharge.
A 50% Deposit is required to secure your booking. Extensions to the deposit due dates will be considered. Balance to be paid 5 days before arrival.
Ask about special offers/discount for staying 10 days or longer (in low season only).
Rates are subject to change without prior notice
No credit card facilities, only EFT payments.
All linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bath, beach towels and toiletry requirements.
We don't charge a breakage Deposit. Please replace broken or damaged goods with the same or a similar replacement.
