Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are expected to respect the property and the neighbours next door. Late-night braais are welcome, however, please be mindful of others around you.

The breakage deposit must be paid 5 days before the check-in date. Proof of payment is required. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure subject to any deductions for breakages or damages to the property or contents.
