Description
Elandsbay Seaview is ideally situated on the seafront of the scenic Strand Street in Elands Bay on the West Coast. It offers comfortable accommodation in a self-catering and pet-friendly house in a west-facing location, offering beautiful sunset views over Baboon Point mountains and the ocean, with the beach just 30 m away.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and bathtub. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a second bathroom available with a shower.
The fourth bedroom is located at the back of the house with its own separate private entrance with 1 single bed and its own toilet and washbasin.
The living area in the house has a 2-seater sleeper couch and a 3-seater couch. In order to view Netflix or DStv, please use your own code or use your sign-in credentials to watch, however, the app has been downloaded on the TV ready for use. Free Netflix and DStv are not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, knives and forks, and glassware. In addition, a small gas stove is available during load shedding. Towels are not provided, but all bedding is.
In addition, the house features an indoor and outdoor braai area with braai equipment, uncapped Wi-Fi, air-conditioning (in the living room and main bedroom only), and ample parking in the street and on the property.
There are local bars, restaurants, a hotel, and shops, which are located within walking distance from the house.
Elands Bay is a surfer's paradise, with a number of activities in and around the area, including surfing, mountain hiking and biking, fishing, lobster diving, bird watching, and whale watching. Visit the heritage Koi-San Bushman Cave with its rock paintings, enjoy the Elands Bay wildflower season, or explore the neighboring villages of Redelinghuys, Leipoldtville, Lambert's Bay, Clanwilliam, Velddrif, and Aurora, all within a radius of 75 km.
