Small pets are welcome but it must first be discussed with the owner.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum and shouldn't disturb other guests.
Cellphone reception is good and WiFi is available.
Guests must bring their own firewood, but wood can be arranged for an additional fee per a bag.
Please bring own swimming towels.
Daily cleaning service (extra optional)
The closest shops are in Bela-Bela and Modimolle, and guests please need to stock up here. Pick n Pay delivers for a fee with a minimum arrangement of 36 hours.
Please note, there is a 10 km gravel road leading to the accommodation which is regularly scraped but sometimes not accessible for vehicles with low-profile tyres or low ground clearance. The road is accessible by hatchback or sedan vehicles, but guests will need to drive slowly. The roads within the establishment are not a problem. Guests should enquire in advance about the condition of the road.
Golf carts are available at the clubhouse. The establishment is happy to help with spa bookings and other excursions.
A chef is available upon arrangement for special occasions.
Elements rules state that guests must adhere to the 30 km/h rule and keep noise to a minimum.
No breakages deposit is required but guest are held liable for any damages.
