No smoking inside. Guests are welcome to smoke outside and use the ashtrays that are provided.
Please turn off all wall heaters, electric blankets and the gas heater when not in use.
Please do not leave the gas heater running when you leave the house.
Please respect the neighbours by not playing loud music between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am.
Feel free to enjoy the many books in the house.
Please be so kind as to let the host know if anything is broken or damaged during the stay.
