The air-conditioned villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, and an outside shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds. These 2 rooms have shared use of the third bathroom which is fitted with a shower. There is an upstairs loft room that contains 2 daybeds for children under 12 years old. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, a stove and an oven, a microwave and a kettle. The lounge features a TV with a selection of DStv channels. The living area opens to a wooden wraparound deck with a plunge pool and a braai area.
