House Rules
Guests use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and the guest will not hold Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd or the homeowners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
Guests must further understand that if they exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
Right of admission reserved by management.
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21st or matric parties are allowed.
No axes for chopping wood allowed.
No furniture may be moved around under any circumstances.
Use the alarm system of the house/flat as explained in the booklet or by the agent when you check-in.
If your house is pet-friendly, note that pets are not allowed on any furniture.
Full payment must clear Etna’s Bank account before the keys can be handed over.
No refund for shortened stays.
Check-in time: 14:00 and check-out time 10:00.
Please bring lanterns or lights in the case of load shedding.
