Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

The person making the booking must be the primary occupant of the flat.

The property is not available for student lettings.

Strictly no pets are allowed on the bed or couch; they should use their bedding supplied by the owner. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not to be locked in the flat unattended. If you require kennel facilities, we have a reputable lady who can look after your pets during your stay.

Guests are expected to clean up after themselves.

Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the building to conserve energy.
