Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Each unit is suitable to accommodate a maximum of 4 persons over 12 years old and 1 person under the age of 12 years old.
A refundable contingency (breakage) deposit is payable with every confirmed reservation and will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, or after the unit has been cleaned and inspected.
Bring your own bedding, cushions, dishwashing requirements etc.
Bedding and towels are not provided. The bedding can be rented.
We do not accept cheques. We do accept Mastercard/Visa cards.
Keys are collected and returned at our offices, which are in the flats behind Seesig Supermarket. No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance and the contingency deposit has been paid in full.
