Some elements missing, but good value for money. The listing mentioned safe and secure parking, which was not the case. In summer, the apartment is quite hot and being on the ground floor, sleeping with the door open is not an option. The roof fan wasn't working. The pictures also indicated a table in the kitchen which I planned on using as a desk to work on, but the table wasn't there. Know that it's a busy location and one night people were sleeping on the street outside our door and smoking weed. Otherwise, the location is perfect if you want to be close to coffee shops, the beach and some of the best restaurants. The Spar centre across the road is excellent for groceries. Gaining access to the apartment is easy.
