Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave and kettle.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- There are outside security cameras.
- There is an inverter backup electricity supply for load shedding. All the geysers use gas.
- The final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days before arrival, together with additional fees of R 750 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for a late check-in fee if arriving after 18:00.
- A maximum of 2 people sharing in 1 ensuite bedroom. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- This house isn’t child-friendly. No children allowed.
- Linen, bath and swimming towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels as swimming towels.
- Regret, no pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behaviour will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbours. No loud music or noise after 22:00.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included but an optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
- This accommodation offers very basic self-catering with a kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave. No cooking facilities are available or permitted.
- There is only street parking available. Parking your car is at your own risk.
- Sharing the same property is a self-contained villa and another apartment, each with its own private entrances, available to book together for a family or group of friends travelling together: Milkwood Beach Villa and Milkwood Beach Apartment. All 3 units share a common entrance off the street side and beach boardwalk.
- Access to the beach is via this side gate from the property, sharing the communal boardwalk just a few steps onto the sand. Direct access from the property onto the sand is for the guests of Milkwood Beach Apartment.
