Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave and kettle.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- There is an inverter back up electricity supply for loadshedding. There is also a rechargeable light.
- Smart TV (no DStv).
- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 750 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 2 people sharing in 1 ensuite bedroom. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Regret, no small children/babies.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Regret, no pets are allowed on the property. The owner lives on site with her small dog, which may come visit.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise policy: This property is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, the owners and other guests also live on-site. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting and also to respect the local residents. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation offers very basic self-catering with a kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave. No cooking facilities are available or permitted. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
