House Rules
The balance on your reservation is payable 48 hours before arrival.
Special diet requirements must please be done in writing, no less than 48 hours before arrival.
The use of the jet bath at the Diamond suite is available at an additional cost per day by prior arrangement only.
No loud music is allowed on the premises.
Microwaves are not available in the room. Staff will gladly assist with any requests to warm food upon request.
Smoking or the use of hubblees is not permitted in any of our rooms.
Guests will be responsible for any breakage or damage caused to the room during their stay.
Upon booking confirmation, guests will receive an e-mail from Galagos Lodge with our Terms & Conditions and further information.
Rates will be applicable for children from the age of 4 years old. A children's breakfast menu is available.
Adults travelling with children must please enquire about accommodation options for the children in a specific room prior to making a reservation and Galagos Lodge will confirm the applicable rates accordingly if it is possible to accommodate the child/children in the room you wish to reserve.
The solar panels installed are sufficient for electricity supply during the day in the event of power interruptions or load-shedding. At night, the inverter will be sufficient to supply electricity for appliances such as the TV, kettle, bar fridges, and Wi-Fi. The use of the aircon and spa baths can unfortunately not be used during specific times which will be communicated upon arrival.
