House Rules

Check-out time is on or before 10 AM.
Guests are requested to check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after.
Before checking out, guests should ensure that they have all their belongings, as the host cannot be held responsible for missing property.
Guests are also asked to be considerate of noise levels and to respect the neighbours and surroundings. Quiet time is appreciated from 11 PM unless otherwise arranged.

Bedding, towels, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar, and water are supplied.

Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited.
