Description
This one-bedroom cottage has air-conditioning and is on the same premises as Garrick House. It has its own enclosed garden with secure parking. As it is totally private and fully enclosed, it is pet-friendly and pets are welcome at a minimal fee. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with either a king-size bed or 2 single beds and a fan. There is also a full bathroom with a bath and shower. The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a fan as well as air-conditioning in the lounge. The lounge has a sleeper couch for children under the age of 12. There is also a TV in the lounge with an OpenView decoder. Guests are welcome to bring along their own decoder and smart card (but it is not compatible with the Extra View decoder). Full DStv can be arranged at an extra cost. As the cottage is based in a beautiful conservancy and in a rather quiet area, it is not suitable for guests looking to party throughout the night. No noise is allowed and no unruly behaviour will be accepted. There is a communal swimming pool on the premises for all guests.

Description
This lovely modern cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is set in a beautiful area of the Garrick House property. This property also has a house and a one-bedroom cottage. All are fully enclosed and private. The garden overlooks a stream and a small forest area. The cottage is fully enclosed with its own parking area and it is very private, which makes it pet-friendly at an extra cost. Guests can enjoy a 10-minute walk with their pets to the nearest swimming beach at the Ski boat club (two and a half blocks away, and guests will cross over the R102 Main Road. Guests can enjoy meals at the Ski boat club with their pets on a leash, and the beach is also pet-friendly. The unit consists of an open-plan lounge and kitchen which is fully fitted with a washing machine and dishwasher, and has air-conditioning. The bedrooms also have fans. A satellite decoder and TV are available. Should guests wish to have full DStv, they may bring their own decoder and smart card. Full DStv can also be provided at extra cost but it needs to be prearranged. The unit is self-catering, should guests wish to have the unit cleaned, this needs to be arranged with the hosts and is only available at an additional cost. One comforter per bed is provided. Should guests feel that they need more, kindly bring along extra blankets. Guests should also please bring their own bath and beach towels. As the cottage is based in a quiet residential area, it is not suitable for guests looking to party throughout the night. No noise is allowed and no unruly behaviour will be accepted.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and there is a third bedroom with a single bed and an extra bathroom with a bath. All of these rooms are upstairs. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a family bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. There is also a communal swimming pool for all guests.
