Garrick House is self-catering accommodation situated in a quiet residential area of Pennington. This property comprises a house, a 2-bedroom cottage and a one-bedroom cottage. All are fully enclosed and private. The property is located in a conservancy and boasts a leafy garden teeming with birdlife. The house has a solar power system that can run the Wi-Fi during loadshedding. There is also a backup water tank.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 7 adults with 2 children. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, while the third bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, while the other has a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, deep freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For entertainment, the TV has Openview channels, and guests have the option to upgrade to a full DStv bouquet at an additional cost. The garden offers a lovely swimming pool where guests can cool down, while the garden has a gazebo and braai facilities. Secure parking is provided under a carport behind an electric gate. It is a pet-friendly house with its own enclosure to keep your pets safe.
The cottage can accommodate 2 adults and one child and comprises one bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, which can be converted to 2 single beds upon request, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath and toilet. A child only couch for one is available. The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a fan as well as air-conditioning in the lounge. The lounge has a sleeper couch for children under the age of 12. There is also a TV in the lounge with an OpenView decoder. Guests are welcome to bring along their own decoder and smart card (but it is not compatible with the Extra View decoder). Full DStv can be arranged at an extra cost.
Streamview cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. The unit comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The unit consists of an open-plan lounge and kitchen which is fully fitted with a washing machine and dishwasher, and has air-conditioning. The bedrooms also have fans. A satellite decoder and TV are available. Should guests wish to have full DStv, they may bring their own decoder and smart card.
The property is within easy reach of a pet-friendly beach where guests can enjoy a variety of water-based sports or simply unwind.
