Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The pool does not have a safety net and is not safe for babies/toddlers.
No bachelor/ette parties are allowed.
No loud noise or music is allowed after 11 pm.
Smoking is prohibited in the house.
No Pets are allowed on the premises.
An extra fee will be charged if guests lose the keys.
Any extra guests will pay an extra fee.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to furniture or bedding.
If bed linen is stained with skin tanning or hair colouring products, an additional fee, determined by the laundry mat, will be charged.
No towels are provided.
No bedding or duvets are allowed outside or on the beach.
Children are not to eat on the furniture.
Please turn off the lights and the pool pump if you leave the house.
Please turn on the alarm when you leave the house.
Wood / personal items is not for the use of the guests.
